Delivery Minimum

Our delivery minimum is $500 or 5 cases. For orders below minimum, a $25 delivery fee applies.

Delivery Cut-off

Our cut-off for next-day delivery is 2:30 pm. Orders placed after that time may not be guaranteed for next-day delivery.
Shipping Partners

We work with Fond Du Lac within New York City and New Jersey. Our upstate New York shipping partner is Sidekick.
In the case of damaged or faulty products, please contact your sales representative or the Order Board immediately. Our return window is 6 months from the date of delivery.
We do not accept checks upon delivery for orders processed on COD. We only accept wire transfers or ACH payments initiated from our AR department’s end in order to release the order for delivery.

Delinquent Accounts / COD
Fond du Lac delivers from 9am until 7pm, Monday through Friday. A 6-hour preferred delivery window within that time frame is required upon account set up.
